Compliance program

OKIN GROUP, in particular the Compliance Manager Department, reviews and processes complains, suggestions, proposals or other submissions of workers of the OKIN Group as regards the upholding, breaching or suspected breaching of the Code of Ethics of the OKIN Group, legal regulations and internal regulations and directives of these companies, including conflict of interests issues, bribery and corruption, legality of decisions, approvals or instructions of these companies, or of superior workers of these workers, and proposals for improvement, and provides these workers other related assistance.
