* In the context of Employee status, other employee means a responsible person of the company or a person acting on behalf of the company, acting for the company or otherwise similarly cooperating with the company who is not an employee of the company, where responsible person means:

  1. a statutory body or a member of the statutory body of the company, or another person in a leading position within the company who is authorised to act on behalf of or for the company;
  2. a person in a senior position within the company who exercises management or control over the company;
  3. one who exercises decisive influence on the management of the company.
